Recipe - Wing Zing Sauce

My family loves chicken wings.  Breaded, baked, fried, grilled, restaurant, home, appetizer, main dish, doesn't matter where or how.  When the boys were still living at home we'd make tons of wings and it was my job to produce a variety of wetting/dipping sauces.  Here's my version of Asian Zing sauce.

Wing Zing Sauce


1 cup sweet chili sauce
6 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger (or 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground)


Bring all ingredients to a simmer in a small saucepan.  Smother fried chicken wings in the sauce before serving, or serve on the side for dipping.
