Healthy Breakfast Sandwich

Low Sodium Peanut Butter/Honey/Banana Toasted Sandwich

Honey and banana sweeten things up

11 g protein, 9 g fiber - not too shabby


2 slices Food For Life Ezekial 4:9 Low Sodium Sprouted Grain bread (160 calories, 0 sodium, 8 g protein, 6 g fiber)
1 tablespoon Kettle Brand Cashew Butter unsalted (85 calories, 0 sodium, 2 g protein)
1 tablespoon Laney Family Honey Co. Whipped Clover Honey (60 calories, 0 sodium)
1/2 banana, sliced (100 calories, 1 mg sodium, 3 g fiber, 1 g protein)

Toast the bread and spread the honey on one piece and the cashew butter on the other piece.  Slice 1/2 banana onto one slice.  Cover with the other slice and cut in half.

TOTAL:  405 calories, 1 mg sodium
