More Peppers

Despite my fresh jalapenos these muffins tasted like sawdust

I picked jalapenos #3 and #4 this morning. Still obsessed with using them as I pick them I found a recipe for jalapeno corn muffins that looked okay. It had corn meal, whole wheat flour, and honey in its ingredient list. I wasn't impressed with the result, but they weren't horrible and I did get to use my brand new muffin tins, so it was worth the effort.

I won't share the recipe (just the title) since I didn't think it was all that great, but my jalapenos were excellent and I'm proud to say they're a little bit hot!
